The Caswell over 55's village will offer hassle-free living so you can spend your days prioritising your health and happiness, in a community that supports and cares for your wellbeing above all else.
The Caswell will be an accessible and welcoming over 55’s village with a peaceful, coastal feel. Every outdoor space will feature lush gardens, and there’ll be a community vegetable garden and abundant outdoor seating for residents to enjoy their surroundings.
The Masterplan
The hub of the Caswell will be the Clubhouse, where residents can gather for meals, socialising, meetings and activities. It will house a dining room, commercial kitchen, coffee and tea stations, library nook and a seating/activity area with a tv and fireplace. There will also be outdoor seating located around the Clubhouse for residents to enjoy the beautiful gardens surrounding it.
The Clubhouse will be the main point of contact for staff and visitors to the village, as it will house the offices and reception area. Village staff will be available most days for information and assistance, with emergency support available 24/7.
